Deep Purple Billiard Phantom
He is a gentle and honest man who can barely bring himself to lie. There is a rigidity to his speech that suggests he favors reason above all else, but in fact, he places high importance on emotion, empathy, and humility.
During the battle with Bedman, the leader of the Assassin’s Guild Venom dies–to the outside world, at least. After Robo-Ky saves his life, he attempts to fund his repairs by taking any work he can get, until Zato gifts him ownership of the store where he opens his bakery.
Through his new life as a baker, Venom learns of a new and unfamiliar “battle.” He grows fond of the townspeople who fight not to take the lives of others but for their own pride, and swears to protect their “battlefield.” And so begins his new battle: baker by day, mysterious punisher “Phantom” by night.

Guilty Gear X
Orphaned at a young age, Venom was taken under the wing of a group of assassins. However, his sensibilities hindered his growth as an assassin. As time passed, he pondered the meaning of his existence. Before long, the organization saw him as worthless and ordered him to be executed. However, just prior to his execution, Zato, the new leader of the organization, recognized Venom's talent and spared his life. Venom pledged his loyalty to Zato out of deep gratitude for saving his life and giving him his raison d'etre. Zato soon fell out of favor, though, and rumors of his disloyalty abounded. Venom, who had served as Zato's right-hand man for many years, knew that this slander was not true, but the evidence against him was very strong. As doubts continue to rise, Venom receives some information regarding someone thought to be Zato, and departs to investigate.

Guilty Gear XX
P.W.A.B. Report #4385: Subject became the top-ranking official in the Assassins' Guild after Zato's disappearance. He leaves most Guild work to his subordinates. His fighting style, using a pool cue and ball as its main components, makes use of multiple objects not normally treated as weapons--a trademark of his assassin upbringing. While lacking in close-combat expertise, his skills as an assassin are top-notch. But his loyalty towards Zato makes him easily malleable. As the leader of one of the world's most influential guilds, he poses considerable risk.
