NEOGEO Battle Coliseum Neo Geo Battle Coliseum Storyline In a peaceful village of Papua New Guinea, a resort hotel and golf course are set to be constructed. The villagers object but WAREZ's tourism development division, taking advantage of various legal loopholes, managed to keep the construction going at a fevered pitch. Shady developers summoned from Japan swaggered around the once peaceful village, and the scheduled day for eviction of the villagers grew closer. The crestfallen villagers could only cling to the legends passed down through the ages. This legend was called Mudman, the legendary spiritual warrior who protected his village hundreds of years ago. All of the villagers made offerings to the holy statue depicting his form and prayed in unison. "Oh, holy Mudman, hear our prayers." "Save us, Mudman!" The voice of their hearts transcended the distant time, and the heart of the holy warrior shuddered. "God of the Earth Fafar, grant me the honor of guiding me into the future!"
