Heroes in a Half Shell .hack//Versus Storyline A high-ranking operative of the Foot Clan in Japan, Karai comes to New York to take control of that branch of the Foot after Shredder's defeat at the hands of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Although she initially is antagonistic to the Turtles, they initially forge an uneasy truce.
