Yoshitora did create a one-world government with the help of his friends. Yoshitora pulled together Eurasia, while Andrew got North and South America in order.
They eventually came together and everything was great for everyone.
Yoshitora's dream came true. He created a world in which everyone could smile. Even people who had bad teeth, much to the chagrin of their neighbors.
So, Yoshitora's gravestone was marked with his last words, "Now I can die happily."
