Ground projectile, just like Terry Bogard's. Enhanced version from Flame Charge becomes a close-range projectile like Terry's Round Wave (does more damage and has a higher blast radius though).

Clay runs across the screen, unable to stop unless he's hit, hits the wall, or a button is pressed (will even keep running if he hits the opponent). Can be canceled with D, follow-up attacks with A/B/C.
