Huma and Hanagata were both top-ranking restaurants in China, but their approaches were completely different. Huma's pride was in bringing joy to its customers through cooking filled with love, while Hanagata emphasized creating the most exquisite dishes using only the highest-quality ingredients. Even though they opposed each other like oil and water, they were both restaurants of high repute that every cook aspired to work for. Neither of these philosophies made any sense to Jam. She believed that their policies were nothing but hindrances to bringing delicious dishes to everyone. To prove that she was right, she needed to start her own restaurant. To obtain seed money, she seeks out the reward for eliminating the dangerous Gear.

Although she poses little threat in and of herself, her capture is still desirable. Therefore, she should not be taken lightly.

Indomitable iron chef
A chef who fights with her bare fists.
She is extremely stubborn and hates losing. She is easily irritated, especially by indecisiveness, but is fast to excuse her own faults. Pretty boys are the only exception.
This may make her sound like a narcissistic hypocrite, but in truth Jam is a realist with a sharp eye on her surroundings. Jam's almost inhuman fighting skill is the result of her grounded perspective, total faith in herself, and perseverance.
A few months have passed since her third restaurant burned down.
Jam takes her food stand on the road, searching for someone with Usagi, her only clue, at her side...
