Pre History
The kid sister of Mignon Beart, she's a cool nihilist unlike her spontaneous older sister. Mignon insists magic exists to benefit people, while Ninon believes it's no more than a power tool which she doesn't hesitate to use as she pleases.
To prove she's a superior witch to her sister, she surreptitiously joins the King of Fighters.
