"Ricochet" Rita Wayword was a professional stuntwoman who fell in love with the adventurer Longshot. One day, Rita was attacked by a six-armed being known as Spiral. When Longshot returned to his homeworld, Mojoworld, she tagged along, but was captured by Mojo, the dimension's ruler. After years of captivity, she was experimented upon and transformed into a six-armed cyborg - the very same one that had attacked Rita years earlier.
