Tobi rushes at the opponent with kunai slashes, then attempts a kick and falls flat on his back as a bomb rolls out from beneath his cloak. It explodes and launches any character in the vicinity (including Tobi) sky-high.

Tobi holds up an explosive and teleports behind the opponent. Nonchalantly tossing it a bit in the air and catching it, he eventually misses the catch and realizes it's about to blow. He comically outruns the massive blast.

Tobi burrows underground and pops up under the opponent, launching them with an explosion. He also leaves three bombs behind, which go off a short time later.

Tobi dives into the ground and circles the opponent, leaving a ring of bombs around them. He then realizes he's stuck in the ground and ends up getting blasted as well when the bombs go off.
