The Genesis version of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 has Chameleon tucked away in the coding. Obviously unfinished, he has Scorpion's sprites, no special moves, no finishing moves, and the only combos he has are jump-in combos. Using the 1 button Finishing Moves cheat gives him access to a Stage Fatality and Scorpion's Friendship. If certain Fatalities are performed on him, his sprite will change to that of Rain's.

Dark Prison
In MK Deception's internal files, the Reptile that appears in the Dark Prison stage is labeled as "Khameleon" - with a K, which is reserved for the female kombatant. The developer who wrote the name may have mistaken the two and it was originally supposed to be Chameleon, or perhaps it was indeed supposed to be the female Khameleon at one time, but either way, it's still Reptile in-game.
