Sunburnt Nightmare
When someone pisses off the leader of the Fishface Crime Syndicate, this is the place where they meet their end. This ominously nicknamed "Cage" is built somewhere inside the Dead Zone and guarded by heavily armed Criterion-class sentinel robots, which double as an additional layer of protection against unexpected attacks by Haemophages. Whoever ends up in the Cage, is forced to take part into cruel gladiator games, which often end with the participant having to face "the Lobster", the most fearful mutant on Go Ottari's payroll. Whether for the artificially empowered sunlight or for the harsh tortures inflicted to the victims, nobody ever survived being taken to the Cage. The only exception happened in 2064, when the notorious assassin Delfina Hyaruno managed to escape from it, after having deserted from the syndicate. Since then, the number of guarding robots has been doubled and it's now virtually impossible to escape without external help. BGM: "Wreck It!"

Sunken Nightmares
A graveyard of sinking, rusted ships, swallowed by an endless dark sea under the fading moonlight. This haunting place was spawned by several deep-rooted traumas from Shaz's subconscious, including his inability to swim and the death of his favorite idol singer - Combat Idol MIRAI Nanami. The incident that caused Nanami to sink into the depths of the ocean happened on a floating platform, during the last preparations before her concert in September 2067. Her quick replacement with Nanami v2 made Shaz feel even worse about her tragic passing. The dire conditions of this abandoned ship graveyard reflect, in part, the loss of a ray of sunshine that graced Shaz's disastrous life. A loss that was mitigated by meeting Todd McGilligan and I.N.A.B.A.'s enigmatic definitely-not-oilmate Nanashi. Shaz would swear she reminds him of the long lost original Nanami, but that cannot be physically possible, can it? Better let Nanami rest in her underwater tomb and don't dwell too long where the dead ships sink. BGM: "Phantom Paradise"

Susukigahara Field (November)
This stage is a composite of elements found in the Susuki suit of Hanafuda cards. All cards in the suit feature a hill of pampass grass, which dominates the entire arena. The highest scoring card is a white moon against red sky, and the second card shows a flock of birds which can be seen crossing this background. The Neo Geo logo on the moon is obviously not related to Hanafuda. BGM: "Ogre"
