Renzo Rubecca
Second son of the famous neoclassical composer Clavio Rubecca, Renzo is a hot-blooded young man who decided to follow his father's path as a musician... if only as a keyboardist for a progressive metal band named "Killer Queen Bites the Dust".
Renzo is apparently a cheerful guy, a typical Italian wannabe Latin lover, always on the hunt for girls. This is however just a fake persona that he has built up during years to cope with his inferiority complexes. He constantly needs someone to flatter or compliment him to increase his self-esteem and tends to overdo and show off in order to get a moment in the limelight. This translates into his insane passion for awe-inspiring minutes-long keyboard solos and over-the-top gestuality and poses.
Renzo's brother died in the Black Lightning Disaster, while trying to save people trapped in the laboratories. After having learnt that this was no accident, he started hunting for clues on the origin of the Disaster.
Following the trail of the "Man with the Hat", he finally reached New Langdon to investigate the origin of the folk story.
He firmly believes that a man with no face is connected to the events which led to his brother's demise and would do everything to unveil the truth.
When not on his truth-hunt mission, Renzo enjoys acting cool, drinking cocktails, and attending strip clubs like "Le Coq Heureux". He firmly believes that this is the right way to find his dream girlfriend, though someone may argue on the validity of this plan.
