|
Vegeta charges up an orange blast with two fingers and a thumb out. Can be charged, but actually does more damage if the button is released at a very specific point before it charges fully. Also does more damage in every situation if Vegeta is standing on the ground. If the opponent is standing close to Vegeta and gets hit by the charging blast, they'll damage then, too.
