Starting as just a close normal of Ryu's as far back as vanilla SF2, it later migrated into a command move. Two-hit axe kick.

Sort of a reverse projectile, Sinestro stays in place in the air while he summons an axe construct to him from the ground, hitting the opponent if they are in its path.

Axe Quake
Shao magically levitates his axe and then brings it back down on the ground, leaving an energy trail that covers the entire ground. The axe coming back down can also hit the opponent overhead if positioned right.

Shao slams his glowing axe into the ground, popping the enemy up. He jumps up and grabs them by the legs, slamming their back into his axe blade and out their chest, pulling them through the blade until they are cleaved in half.

Aztec Sacrifice
A blood-stained stone slab appears behind the opponent, and Ahua Kin pushes them backwards onto it. He leaps up onto the stone and rips the heart from his struggling opponent's chest. Ahua Kin then takes a bite out of the heart, and the opponent falls still. Ahua Kin holds his new-found, still bleeding trophy above his head.
