Frieza tosses a bomb. The blast radius negates ki blasts. If it hits an opponent directly, the bomb will attach itself to the opponent instead of exploding right away. Inputting the command while the bomb is still attached will trigger detonation. The can be be removed if Frieza gets hit. Repeat to detonate when the bomb is attached to opponent.
