Vegeta lets off a massive dome-shaped blast with himself at the epicenter. Usually comes with some sort of detriment to the player. Charging can extend the duration of the move until the player is out of ki. After usage, they'll turn grayscale and drop to the ground, becoming briefly vulnerable.
