A yellow glow appears around Johnny, and for a time, he can send out yellow shadow versions of himself to perform his Rising Shadow and Shadow Uppercut for him.

Johnny pounds his fists together and his hands glow yellow for a bit. During this period, his throws and some of his basics, strings, and specials have increased damage.

Johnny mimes being trapped in a box. If struck with most physical attacks while doing this, he'll retaliate with a punch followed by a throw.

Grabs the opponent and strikes them with several quick close punches.

A forward-moving punch that hits high. If Caged Rage is blocked, the next one does more damage and hits mid, and if blocked twice in a row, the third one will do even more damage and be unblockable.

Desperation Moves

Johnny starts out with a green energy punch, then follows up with two energy kicks (one to the chest/gut, the other to the chin. He then does two shadow flip kicks ending with a head stomp, then pulls out his award trophy, breaks off the stand by smacking it on the opponent's head, then jams the trophy into their temple feet-first.

Mortal Kombat 1

A smack to the face, followed by a popup by tripping the foe with his hand as he passes by, and finally a Shadow Kick to the back.

When interrupting an opponent's Throw with an escape, performing this move will have Johnny break their arm and temporarily disable their ability to throw.

Johnny performs a close high kick that knocks the opponent into the air.

Johnny strikes the opponent's gut with an open palm. If charged up by holding @term=attack2@ charges up a ki blast in his hand before striking.

Throwing Shades

Johnny throws his sunglasses at the opponent's face and puts on another pair. Pressing Stance button before the shades are thrown has him just drop them to the ground and replace them, but he gets Hype meter.

Shadow Uppercut

Johnny leaps up with an uppercut while a trail of green shadows follows him. Pressing Stance button after Johnny lands from the attack will have him pose and gain Hype meter.

Johnny taps his fist against his cheek twice, enticing the opponent to hit him. If they connect with a high, mid, or overhead (but not jump) attack, he will Shadow Dash past them.

While performing the splits, Johnny punches out at the opponents crotch. Press Stance button before the hit comes out for Johnny to lower his sunglasses and wink at the camera and gain Hype meter.

Johnny slides forward with a kick, trailed by green shadows. Pressing Stance button before the end of the move, if it hits, will have Johnny pull back his leg slowly and gain Hype meter.

Johnny slips forward with a shadow trail, if done close enough to the opponent, he'll pass them to the other side. If Stance button is pressed before he finishes moving, he'll do a second one.

Johnny poses and an unseen audience calls out to him. Increases Hype meter.

Special Moves [Full Hype Meter]

Activates Hype mode, giving the player a limited time where all Specials can cancel into other Specials/Kameo Summons/Fatal Blows up to twice in a row, and all Specials are Enhanced.

Desperation Moves

Johnny smashes the opponent's head against the screen/camera and them grabs the camera and smashes it against their chest, breaking ribs. Can be charged to have armor and counter all attacks from the front during the charge. Can cancel out of the charge with Shadow Dash. Fully charged version is unblockable.

Hollywood Walk of Pain

Johnny pulls out his cell phone and begins livestreaming as he guides the opponent over to a plaque with their name on it and an indention. He slams the opponent's face into the indention while doing the splits, then pulls them up where' it's left the entire front half of their face/head in the plaque. Johnny then poses for a selfie with the corpse.

Johnny Shadow Kicks the opponent through the windshield of a convertible. He uses his key fob to open the scissor door, and the foe slumps out, with many shards of glass in them. He slams the door on their midsection, cutting them mostly in half except for some entrails connecting the torso halves. He presses another button on the fob, causing the car to speed off on its own, dragging the foe's top half along until it crashes into a wall and explodes. The foe's severed head lands at Johnny's feet as he gives his win pose.

Open The Beaches

Johnny puts on a cheesy movie prop shark hood as the area begins to fill with water and a clapperboard is held in front of the camera. When it moves away, the opponent is seen treading water in the ocean. A real shark approaches from below à la the famous Jaws poster, grabbing the enemy in his mouth and leaping out of the air to bite them in half. He drops the foe's halves into the water and the action stops just as he goes to eat their top half.
