Fujin uses a large funnel to lift the opponent high into the air, then fires at them with his crossbow, causing the foe to explode.

Michelangelo spins around and creates a gigantic whirlwind that travels half-screen and covers the screen vertically in its entirety. Dizzies upon impact.

Electric Tornado
Cole leaps up to the foreground while the player controls a giant electric whirlwind with various objects stuck in it. Opponents that are sucked into the tornado are flung about a bit within the wind before being destroyed. Cole ends the move with a giant blast of lightning.

Link hurls a boomerang, that, on return, draws enemies and small items toward him and launches large items away, although it does no damage on return.

In Savage Reign, Mezu surrounds himself with water and can control left/right movement. Touching the opponent traps them in his whirlpool.
In Kizuna, Mezu emits a fast-moving patch of water that envelops the opponent in a waterspout.

A weaving tornado projectile from an uppercut. Opponent is sent flying on hit and Go gives chase, locking him into an argentine backbreaker.

A version of the Saotome Typhoon with more vertical reach, but moves much slower horizontally.
