Clone Jutsu
Bunshin no Jutsu, Art of Doppleganger
Naruto tosses a giant shuriken (the "Fuuma", or "Demon Wind" Shuriken) at the opponent. The opponent leaps into the air and dodges the shuriken, but after the shuriken has passed the foe, it transforms into a clone of Naruto and fires a volley of kunai at his or her back.
If this first sequence is successful, Naruto summons a plethora of clones, punching the enemy into the air and leaping off of one of the clones' backs with a somersault. The clones kick the foe up further, chanting "Na-Ru-To!" The opponent flies high enough to meet up with the actual Naruto, who performs a striking heel strike that knocks the opponent to the ground, shouting "Uzumaki Barrage!"
If this sequence is successful, Naruto transforms into a bunch of attractive, scantily clad blonde girls, declaring that is his "Harem Jutsu", and the opponent is launched backward by eroticism. Iruka then comes and chastises Naruto with a bonk on the head.

Clone Jutsu Spin
Naruto creates a clone of himself and swings it around by the feet, using the clone as a spinning cudgel against the opponent.

Close Force Ball
Reptile climbs onto his opponent's back and conjures a Force Ball, then lets it loose.

|
Clownish Calendula
A red beam appears around Rachel. If the comes in contact with her opponent, they are drawn upward, away from the screen. The screen momentarily turns dark as a huge cross raises from the ground. Her unseen opponent is struck by a bolt of lightning.

C'mon, Bonnie!
Ganju whistles and summons his pet boar (Bonnie), who dashes across the screen. Bonnie is capable of damaging Ganju as well as the foe.

Cobra
A large snake tunnels up from the ground.

Cobra Blow
Anakaris punches out with his arms in the image of a giant serpent.

Coil Toss
Whilst the opponent is wrapped in Omega Red's coil, he can toss them across the screen.

Coin Throw
Tosses a coin with a weird arc trajectory. Successful hit with the coin gains a level (not meter), up to 2. Next Shockwave Pulse or World Divider performed will be more powerful and consume a level stock.

Cold As Ice
As her Super Meter slowly drains, an ice-coated Mai gains Super Armor until it is depleted.

Colossal Transformation
Piccolo swipes at the opponent and on hit, will grow even larger, stomp on the foe, and then kick them away before returning to "normal" giant size.
