Understanding of a Shinobi
The opponent attempts to attack Kakashi, but he simply dodges whilst reading his smutty book. After a whiff, Kakashi pokes his opponent's ass with his index fingers, sending them soaring into the air, and back down again.
If this sequence is successful, Kakashi tunnels underground and pulls the opponent under the soil up to their head - his "Headhunter Jutsu", then proceeds to lift his headband, using his Sharingan eye to temporarily copy his opponent's normal and special moves (certain characters' special moves are unavailable to him, however).

While the Bulldog poses, his opponent is wrapped in the British flag. He then says, "I'm here to take a bite out of the WWF!"

United by Fate
Batsu reels back and then hits the opponent with a swinging punch to stun them. Afterwards he calls in his partner and does a special team-up attack with them. Batsu will perform a Double Zenkai Guts Bullet, Double Zenkai Guts Upper or Double Super Shooting Star Kick depending on who his partner is. If the partner is defeated, he will do a Vengeful Double Super Guts Bullet with their ghost at almost double the power.

Tobi holds up an explosive and teleports behind the opponent. Nonchalantly tossing it a bit in the air and catching it, he eventually misses the catch and realizes it's about to blow. He comically outruns the massive blast.

Alfred does the opening frames of a move he doesn't seem to actually have, and then taunts.

Krauser takes a page from Geese's book with the Deadly Rave, causing a royal pain for everyone involved. Requires strict timing of each button press just as the previous attack hits.
