Ocean Rage
The screen fills with water and Rikuo gains limited "flight"-type movement riding on a giant horseshoe crab. All normals on the crab become Rikuo's crouch attacks.
@term=threekicks@ can be used to get on and off the crab during the Dark Force.

Oga
Gen leaps to a wall, then kicks down at his foe.

Oh!
Tobi rushes the foe with an exploding scroll in his hand and flails at them, then falls down. The scroll goes off and flings any character in the vicinity (including Tobi) into the air.

Oh. No. You. DIDN'T!
Roll strikes the opponent with her broom and catches the opponent's hindquarters on fire. As the fire continues to damage the foe, Roll uses an enormous bucket of water to put out the fire. The resulting tidal wave from the bucket extinguishes the flame, but also damages the foe.

Oicho Throw
After slamming his opponent to the floor face first, Honda flips over on top of them.

Oil Bomb
Rocket tosses a red ball with an arc. Upon hitting the ground, it creates a puddle of oil, which can be set on fire with his @term=hatk@.

Oil Coaster
Hakan grabs his opponent and squeezes them so tightly that they slip up into the air. He then proceeds to do some rapid dribble-like spin between his arms and extend both arms in a surfboard-like fashion as they slide off his arms and are sent flying towards the end of the screen.

Oil Combination Hold
Hakan douses himself in oil and baits the opponent into falling onto him. If the move is successful the opponent will slip off his belly and then he'll grab them and spin on top of them. Hakan then sets his opponent up in a reverse torpedo-like fashion and uses his oiled-up body to send them sliding towards the end of the screen.

Balrog alternates between left and right jabs.

Old Kiss
Kanji rushes forward, grabbing on contact and planting an energy-sucking kiss to return to "normal" form.

Kratos jams his blades into his opponent's gut, turns around, and knocks them away with a knee strike.

Omae Nanka Kouja
After grabbing the opponent, Reiji flips backwards into a mounted position and pummels them.

Omega Force
Darkseid leaps high into the air and comes back down with a knee press.

Omega Shuttle
Omega Red grabs his opponent by the waist, wraps his tentacle around his or her ankle, and bends backwards, tossing them from his tentacle.

Omega Strike
Omega Red plants his tentacles into the ground, like his Vault Kick, but then stretches the tentacles out, making the kick more long-ranged.

Omega Therion
Pyrra stabs the opponent in the stomach with her sword and swings them around before lifting them above her head, then she flings them off forcefully.

Omega Tremor
Darkseid strikes the ground and damages standing/crouching foes. Initial strike can hit as well if close, but that is not unblockable.

Omnidirectional Super Voltekka
Tekkaman Blade's armor changes, and a laser cannon appears on his chest. A sphere of energy is blasted out. If this hits the opponent, a cutscene of Tekkaman Blade floating in the air is shown, a crystal in front of him shatters, and he fires the laser down at them. If the sphere misses, he simply fires the laser. The former version does more hits and damage.
